The firefighters of the City of Geneva have shown great interest in the new F-500 EA/HCT extinguishing agent.

Two days were dedicated to fire prevention and extinguishing lithium-ion batteries with the F500 EA/HCT, and EV/Hybrid vehicle rescue.

Day 1: Dedicated to roadside assistance workers, we presented risks and solutions for collecting and QUARANTINE electric vehicles at recovery companies.

Day 2: dedicated to the Fire Brigade of the city and Geneva Airport, after a brief theoretical session we moved on to the practical part with effectiveness tests and instructions on how to use the F-500 EA/HCT.

The research carried out over these 4 years led us to Montelibretti, home to the National Competence Center of the Italian Fire Brigade , a training and refresher course that every firefighter would like to have.

We had the opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise, demonstrate the products we use to ensure human safety during firefighting operations involving lithium batteries, and test their effectiveness both in hoses and as the N-EXT.EU we made available.

Particular attention was paid to checks and analyses on the effectiveness and biodegradability of the F500 EA/HCT extinguishant, also being able to analyse the extinguishing water after each test.
